• Production content that you and your team enter, such as projects, scripts, schedules, locations, and information about crew and talent, including names, email addresses, mobile phone numbers and other contact details.

• Communication records, such as the delivery status of emails and text messages we send through the Service.

• Provide, maintain and secure the Service.
• Send transactional emails and text messages on behalf of users, such as call sheets, booking confirmations and paperwork notices.
• Respond to support requests and communicate about your account.
• Detect abuse, troubleshoot problems and improve the Service.

The Service sends transactional text messages related to productions, such as call sheet delivery, schedule changes, booking notices and paperwork reminders, to crew and talent whose mobile numbers were provided for that purpose.

• Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
• We share mobile numbers only with the service providers that deliver messages on our behalf, and only to deliver them.
• Message frequency varies based on production activity.
• Message and data rates may apply.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• With service providers that process data for us, including Supabase (authentication and database), Vercel (hosting), Amazon Web Services (email through Amazon SES and text messaging).
• With other members of your production team, as configured by your account's permissions.
• When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and security of users and the Service.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with notice to affected users.

We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and then delete or de-identify it unless the law requires us to keep it. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls and encryption in transit. No system is completely secure.

You can access, correct or delete your account information from your profile, or by contacting us at [CONTACT EMAIL]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, delete or port your personal information. You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP, and out of non-essential emails using the link in the message.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
