ShotMaker is a production-management service for creative and production teams. It helps teams manage projects, crew, talent, schedules and related documents, and send production notices by email and text message.

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at [CONTACT EMAIL] if you suspect unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe the rights of others.
• Send spam, or send messages to people who have not agreed to receive them or who have opted out.
• Upload malicious code, or probe, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Misuse the Service to harass, defraud or mislead anyone.

You keep ownership of the content you add to the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process and transmit it as needed to operate the Service. You are responsible for your content and for having the right, and any required consent, to enter personal information about crew, talent and others, including the mobile numbers you ask us to message.

Program description. ShotMaker sends transactional text messages about productions, such as call sheets, schedule changes, booking notices and paperwork reminders. We do not send marketing messages.

How to opt in. You opt in when you give your mobile number to a production team that uses ShotMaker and agree to receive production notices by text, or when you provide your number in your ShotMaker profile and choose to receive text notices. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
